On frantic catch-up duty again, but two things I had to say (quickly!):
1. Several wonderful people added me lately. I am delighted and honored that you did, and by every one of you who's Friended me, or reads this stuff. Writing is solitary and unutterably nasty work. Thank you soooo much for making it feel worthwhile. :)
2. I am also in receipt of a really fine and touching tribute from elsewhere. I said I was speechless, and that still goes. Wow.
Back to work.

P.S. Back in print: the Doc Savage
series (originally ran in the '30s and '40s, then had a second life in paperback 1965 ff.); also (finally!) reasonably-priced paperbacks of Robert E. Howard's less famous (than, say, his Conan, Kull, &c.) work: the boxing stories, western and comedy work, crusades adventures, etc. And finally, for fans of Los Angeles, where has D.J. Waldie been all my life?
More soon, I hope. Much affection to all. :D
