I often think that my "political bias" isn't so much left, right, or center...as it is pro-fact, anti-lies. Sooo, much as I hate to spend too much time on politics, hyere...
There's a (single source, that I can see) New Zealand Herald article making the rounds, suggesting that filmmaker Michael Moore has "admitted" that his Disney-suppressed-my-movie story was a "publicity stunt."
I don't pretend to inside info on this, and maybe it was a "stunt"...but two things seem clear to me, anyway. (1) The article in question fails to support its title: that is, it doesn't feature Moore "admitting" anything of the kind. (2) Moore's own version, on his webpage (the Friday, 7 May 2004 entry), can be found here:

...and also doesn't involve him admitting to anything of the kind.
I don't propose to debate any of this, nor do I have a horse in this race. Other than that aforementioned bias toward something resembling the facts. :(
